Johannesburg to KwaZulu-Natal – Tweedie

Just after passing the Belgian Chocolatier, not far from a town called Tweedie, is the noble Nelson Mandela’s capture site. A museum has been set up, with one of the most incredible, and iconic sculptures to exist. Only from a certain angle do you see Tata’s face. As we sat there with the sun’s final rays strewn across the sky, chewing on some very humble pie, we felt eternally grateful for the unfathomable achievements of this man’s life, and the opportunities his work created for us, and our precious nation.
