| The end of the year is upon us and what a wild and wonderful year it has been, peeps! Goodness me, from load shedding during the cold winter nights to ’bring-‘n-braai’ rugby World Cup weekends and the #HelloChallenge that took social media by storm, we’ve seen it all! But before we say goodbye to 2015, it’s time to say hello to the silliest season of the year – the festive season. This time of year usually consists of doing things you wouldn’t usually do, from spending your hard-earned moola searching for that perfect gift or trying to be creative by making your own DIY-Suzelle-inspired prezzies, to eating all that festive season delicious-ness and sipping thirst-quenching refreshments, while wiggling your toes in the sand. It’s here folks, the holiday vibe is in the air.
To end the year off still rockin n’ rollin, I think it’s a fab idea to look back at all that has been accomplished this year. So let’s get crackin’ with this final 2015 newsletter by showing off the hip and happening funky times we’ve thoroughly enjoyed!

What could be better than stuffing your face with chocolate Easter eggs? Well, in my opinion, not much. During the Beame Easter egg hunt, Facebook fans were challenged to find all the golden eggs in the Classifieds of The Sunday Times and The Times newspapers. One of Beame’s greatest passions are cars and making sure that those gorgeous wheels are well looked after – from any old skadonk to the fancy brand spanking new ones. So it would be totally in line with Beame’s sparkling personality, to give away a car, to someone who reeeeaally deserves it. Facebook followers voted for ‘SAs ugliest car’, with the winner driving away with a brand new car. The winner’s old car was refurbished, revamped and upgraded and donated by Beame to the Heartbeat Community Centre. What a pleasure it was to be able to help these amazing folks! |
