I never thought it would happen to me but then one Monday morning, it did. I walked outside and my car was gone – nowhere to be seen. I immediately thought that I need to call Beame and thankfully, had the number stored on my phone. Within a few seconds, a Beame agent answered and as I explained that my car had been stolen. The Beame agent, Michael, was incredibly helpful though, I think he could hear that I was completely shaken up. He was patient, understanding and very calm, keeping me updated throughout the entire ordeal. He phoned me every 10 minutes to make sure that I was ok, and to notify me of the location of my car. Thumbs up to Beame and I am so grateful that such an incredible recovery team was there to help me!

My husband was hijacked right outside our home. Luckily he ran away by jumping over the neighbors walls. My husband called me to tell me what happened and my first instinct was call beame! And so within 5 minutes I did just that. I spoke to Michael, who acted quickly and kept me updated. Although very frustrating to have to wait for updates from beame, I was kept updated and eventually got a call to say my car was retrieved and at the police station. To be honest, I thought my car is gone for good. But with the help of beame, I got my car back in perfect condition! On the 24th May, I was involved in a hijacking where three armed men pulled me out of my car, threw me onto the ground and drove away with my car. I had a Beame installed in my car, so I phoned the emergency number to inform them of the events that had happened. Beame recovers our Hilux twice in one week Awesome service from Beame tracking company. My husband was hijacked on Monday morning. I called the call centre and reported the matter. Within minutes our Hilux was recovered. No damage besides that we would have to have the keys/locks replaced. Our Hilux was then sent to the Benoni Police pound whilst we awaited our insurance company to send an assessor out to get a price on keys/locks. 4 days later our Hilux is apparently towed by a company approved by our insurance to the assessor at a panel beater. Our Hilux never makes it there. Our insurance company informs us that it has been stolen and that we should report it to our tracking company. I call Beame call centre and within 20 minutes our Hilux is found in Soweto. This time its been stripped but the criminals could not find the Beame device. Thank you Beame for awesome service.
